Nerezine – Reisgids Kroatië

A small village at the northern end of Lošinj Island, Nerezine sits at the foot of Mount Osoršćica (589 m) — the highest peak in the Kvarner islands — offering some of the best hiking in the archipelago. The village has a protected bay with clear water, a small harbour and the ruins of a Glagolitic monastery on the nearby hill of Sveti Vid.
