A vibrant Dalmatian beach town 11 km northwest of Šibenik, set in a wide sheltered bay facing the Šibenik channel. Vodice is celebrated for its Blue Beach (Plava plaža), with crystal-clear shallow water perfect for swimming, as well as animated beachside bars and some of the liveliest summer nightlife on the Dalmatian coast. The compact old town features the Venetian-era Čorić Tower and a lively harbour promenade lined with restaurants and cafés. Vodice is an excellent base for day trips to Krka National Park (30 min), the Kornati Islands, and the UNESCO-listed city of Šibenik (15 min).
